Indian Army launched Operation Jal Rahat 2 to rescue people stranded in floods in Northeast

In view of the recent heavy rains and urban flooding in the North Eastern region, the Indian Army has launched a comprehensive Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) operation under Operation Jal Rahat 2. Under this, Operation Jal Rahat 2 has been started in Nagaland, Assam and Manipur.
