India-Uzbekistan going to joint military exercise amid Iran-Israel war

India-Uzbekistan Joint Military Exercise: Army Chief General Manoj Pandey left for Uzbekistan on Monday.  Indian and Uzbek armies are to start joint military exercises in Uzbekistan from Monday.  The joint military exercise, called 'Dustlik', involves a number of important trainings, including counter-terrorism.  This time the joint exercise is taking place in the Tarmez district of Uzbekistan.  The exercise run from 15 to 28 April 2024.
The visit of General Manoj Pandey is an important step towards strengthening defense cooperation between India and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
