For this, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has launched the 'Pratibha Setu' portal. In this, the data of those students will be collected who could not clear the interview. After this, private companies can directly contact the students for the job.
The full name of 'Pratibha Setu' is Professional Resource and Talent Integration - Bridge for Hiring Aspirants. Earlier it was known as Public Disclosure Scheme. It was started on 20 August 2018. Now it has been launched afresh. For more information in this regard, candidates can visit the official website of UPSC. Now through this portal, the youth will get help in getting a job.
