The army has killed three terrorists in Operation KELLER in Shopian, Jammu and Kashmir. After a gunfight that lasted for several hours, the soldiers of Rashtriya Rifles have achieved great success. The Indian Army carried out this major anti-terrorist operation in Shoykal Keller area of Shopian district in South Kashmir.
A unit of Rashtriya Rifles had received intelligence that terrorists were hiding in the area. Based on this information, the army started a search and destroy operation. As soon as the security forces cordoned off the area and started the search operation, the terrorists started heavy firing. In retaliation, a fierce gunfight took place between the army and the terrorists, in which three notorious terrorists were killed.
