National Testing Agency (NTA) National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the exam notification for All India Sainik School Admission Exam (AISSEE) 2024. Eligible candidates can submit their applications in online mode on the official portal exams.nta.ac.in/AISSEE/ till 16th December at 5 pm. The current admission round is for class 6 and class 9 in 33 Sainik schools of the country.
Class 6 admission eligibility::
The age of the candidates applying for admission in class 6 should be between 10 to 12 years as on March 31, 2024. Admission is open for girls in class 6. Depending on the availability of seats, the age limit for girls is also the same as for boys.
Class 9 Admission Eligibility::
For admission in Class 9, candidates must be between 13 to 15 years of age as on March 31, 2024 and must have passed Class 8 from a recognized school at the time of admission. Girls are eligible for admission subject to availability of seats, age limit is same as boys.
The application fee for General, OBC and EWS categories is Rs 650. Whereas for SC and ST categories it is Rs 500. Candidates have to pay the examination fees only through debit card, credit card or net banking.
