40 killed in rocket attack on Israel, PM Netanyahu said - 'Hamas will pay a heavy price'

40 Israeli civilians have been killed and more than 500 people have been injured in a massive rocket attack on Israel by the Palestinian extremist group Hamas.
 According to some unconfirmed reports, Hamas claimed to have captured several Israeli soldiers and took them hostage to the Gaza Strip.
 On the other hand, local Palestinian officials have said that 198 people have died and about a thousand people have been injured in the Israeli attack in Gaza.
 Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in his first reaction, "This is a war and we will win this war."  Our enemies will have to pay such a price that they will not even know about.
