British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has sparked debate on social media with his recent comments on transgender people.  During her closing speech at the 2023 Conservative Party conference on October 4, she shared her stance on the gender debate and said, 'A man is a man and a woman is a woman.'
 Addressing the conference, she said: 'We should not believe that people can be any gender they want – they can't be.  A man is a man and a woman is a woman.  This is a matter of common sense.
 Sunak said, 'We are going to change this country and that means life means life.  This should not be a controversial situation.  Most hard-working people agree with this.  It also shouldn't be controversial for parents to know what their children are learning in school about relationships.  "Patients should know when hospitals are talking about men or women," he said.
