North Korea has made the nuclear weapons status part of its constitution, state media reported on Thursday (September 28), citing supreme leader Kim Jong Un .  At meetings of the State People's Assembly on Tuesday and Wednesday, Kim said North Korea's nuclear force-building policy had been made permanent as the state's basic law, which no one was allowed to violate.
 “This is a historic event that has provided a powerful political force to significantly strengthen national defense capabilities,” Kim said.’
