Hakkaido University, Japan has invited Baibhav Raj Barbarua from Shivsagar to do his PhD with scholarship .
 The 7 students from different parts of the world have been selected by the respective universities of Japan.
The gifted student Baibhav Raj Barbarua sat for his MSc ( Biotechnology and Bioinformatics ) final examination at Nehu University, Meghalaya . He achieved first  class in the results announced on Monday.
 While studying at the postgraduate level, the student focused on researching several important topics  .A few days ago, he applied for his PhD at the relevant university in Japan.
 Baibhav Raj Barbarua, son of Mridul Barbarua and Chitralekha Bargohain of Melachak area of ​​Shivsagar city.
