Dev Kohli, who wrote the songs of 'Maine Pyar Kiya', died at the age of

Senior Bollywood lyricist Dev Kohli has passed away.  He breathed his last in Mumbai on August 26.  Dev was 80 years old.  His spokesman confirmed the sad news of death.  The funeral of the lyricist will start at 2 pm today.  He will be laid to rest at Oshiwara Cemetery in Jogeshwari West at 6 pm.
 According to reports, Dev Kohli's spokesperson told a news portal that the lyricist had been ill for the past several months.  He was admitted to Kokilaben Ambani Hospital in Mumbai.  On Saturday morning, August 26, Dev passed away in his sleep.
