India Today Health Conclave-2023 has kicked off.  India Today Hindi magazine is holding its first Health Conclave with the aim of connecting and moving forward.  In his welcome speech at the conclave, India Today Hindi editor Saurabh Dwivedi said that it is very important to take care.   When difficulties come, this is the most important thing to think about, especially health.
The third session of the conclave was attended by Dr. Harsh Mahajan, founder and radiologist of Mahajan Imaging, Dr. Rohit Modi, director and cardiologist of Max Hospital, Bathinda and Dr.Sujeet Choudhary, pediatric urologist.  In this session, he spoke openly about the digital age in the medical field and its future.
From the changes in India in the medical field to Dr.  Harsh Mahajan when asked how the medical sector in India has changed.  "In 1991, we had an MRI," he said.  The change between then and now is that then we were 10-15 years behind the West and today we are standing with them.  Today, any new technology comes first in India and second in Western countries.
He further said that today we are going to become a developed country.  In the 1990s, the government imposed a 204 per cent duty on MRI imports.  We took a loan and ordered this machine.  even at 27 percent.  At that time there were only 5-6 machines in the country.  Today we are there when there are thousands of MRI machines in the country.  What we used to see in the post-mortem report, today we see in minutes.
Today, thousands and millions of people are coming to India from abroad for treatment.  The journey, which began in 1990, has reached a tipping point.  India's stature will grow even bigger in the coming years.  He said that currently India's medical expenditure is 20-25 per cent lower than that of neighboring countries.  We are trying to reduce it further.
