Unity Mall To Be Built In Guwahati

The government of Assam is all set to build a Unity Mall (Ekta Mall) to promote national and regional integrity among the people.
 As per reports, it is being built to promote and facilitate a common marketplace for local goods.
 This mall will also reportedly be a marketplace for ODOPs, handicrafts, and GI products among other regional products.
CM Himanta Biswa Sarma took to Twitter to put out, “Very few leaders since Independence have worked as hard as Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji to promote national integration.  The one-of-its-kind Unity Mall will soon be a reality in Assam.”
