UPSC Topper: Father's dream come true, CO's daughter Smriti achieves fourth rank

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) results have been announced today.  Daughters have bet on it.  The daughter of a DSP posted in Bareilly has achieved the fourth rank in the country.  Smriti Mishra, daughter of DSP Raj Kumar Mishra, who is posted as CO II in Bareilly, has topped the UPSC.
 Smriti Mishra is currently in Delhi studying law.  DSP Raj Kumar Mishra said that as soon as the UPSC results came out in the afternoon, daughter Smriti Mishra called and told him that her father had received the results and had become an IAS officer.  DSP Raj Kumar Mishra was overjoyed to hear this.

 The family is happy over the daughter's success.  There are many people on the phone to congratulate him.  CO Rajkumar Mishra, originally from Bhardwaj Puram in Prayagraj, is posted as CO II in Bareilly.  His daughter Smriti Mishra is a gifted student from the start.
 It was Smriti Mishra's third attempt after securing fourth rank in the UPSC and her first time reaching the interview round.
